Quick reference guide to Onboarding ServiceNow Connector

  1. Read information about the Bluewater Service Now connector here and on the Bluewater page in the ServiceNow Store.
  2. If you’re an existing customer and are interested to know more, please contact our customer support team at: support@bluewatercontrol.com. If you’re interested in becoming a customer of Bluewater please reach out to our sales team at: sales@bluewatercontrol.com.
  3. When ready Bluewater Enterprise Customers can download the Connector from the ServiceNow store.
  4. The next step is to request API authentication from support@bluewatercontrol.com and review the Installation Guide available on the Bluewater ServiceNow store page.
  5. Bluewater will appoint a technical contact for any installation questions at the time of providing the authentication keys.

NOTE: The Connector is free. You can request a download from the store. However, connectors will not work until you are a Bluewater customer.
