When ready Bluewater Enterprise Customers can download the Connector from the ServiceNow store.
The next step is to request API authentication from firstname.lastname@example.org and review the Installation Guide available on the Bluewater ServiceNow store page.
Bluewater will appoint a technical contact for any installation questions at the time of providing the authentication keys.
NOTE: The Connector is free. You can request a download from the store. However, connectors will not work until you are a Bluewater customer.
